To Molestation and Incest Survivors:

Oh, no here they come again into view,
And why do I see it as if it were new,
These childhood fears appear just now,
And the memories they produce, so foul.

i cry out...
i cringe...
'Oh, please don't,
oh god no stop,
oh please go away'
i run...
i yell...
i never get far

This one passes in your time very fast,
But in my mind, for days it seems to last.
Soon another comes, again a quiet scream,
Why are they so real, I wish them but a dream.

I have held them hidden from very, long ago,
And their presence in my mind makes me feel low,
Maybe this is why I sometimes want to die,
Because I know this is why I cry....

.... i feel the pain now. i whimper...
'please stop' the pain...
'oh no'
i begin to fade...
to my outerself i look.
'please save me'
i can't...
for Today, i'm now gone!
